[현상]
리스너기동 후 상태확인 시 Service가 안올라오고 The listener supports no services 메시지 발생
[해결]
sqlplus에 접속해서 alter system register; 명령어 수행
리스너 기동: lsnrctl start 리스너명
리스너 중지: lsnrctl stop 리스너명
상태 확인: lsnrctl status
